Wedding Favours for your Favourites!

Worried that your wedding favours won't get used once your guests leave?
Not to fret! With these simple ideas, your friends and family will only be wanting more!

When choosing party favours make sure they are relatable to not only your theme but also to the season!  It may not make sense if you are giving out small jam jars if your wedding is in the middle of winter.  Always consider external factors too!  If you are having a rustic outdoor wedding, incorporating natural elements into your gifts is a creative way to keep your theme tied into the idea.  For example, beautiful cloth bags with 'outdoor-sy' aspects are an exceptional way to give your guests just what they want and make sure your vision is creatively displayed.

Another great way to select your perfect gift for your guests is by asking yourself... 'what do people use often?'.  Seems like such a simple question but it is such a helpful way to make sure your gifts are being used as well as admired!

A few examples of gifts that people can use are personalized wine corks. These simple party favours can be used over and over again and will remind your loving friends and family of that beautiful day you all spent together! Putting you and your partners' initials or the wedding date on the top is a lovely touch to make this simple item a timeless present.
Another example could be small and delicate candles for your favours. The scent of these beautiful gifts are sure to make your guests smell the aroma of love every time they light them.

Amongst these great ideas, think about adding a little humour to the mix!  Nothing says 'fun' like a quick, clever joke to go along with the party favours!  Simple but witty sayings will make sure your guests get a kick out of their thoughtful gifts and leave everyone smiling even after your special day.

Never forget to keep in mind your budget.  The last thing you want is to have spent your money excessively in this area.  Shop the "going out of business" and after Christmas sales.  Buy items in bulk.  Take advantage of online resources such as EBAY and Kijiji.  Always be on the lookout for great deals  There's nothing wrong with that!  If you start early enough.... you will have plenty of time to do the legwork and find something that is cost effective and perfect for your guests.
Here are some more fun ideas that you may not have considered.

Love this one!  It has such a "down home" feel!  Total Southern comfort!

For a little touch of chic... why not mini champagne?  If it fits your budget it can be a contender!
