Here's an alternative to the five-course sit down dinner - Why not host a reception themed entirely around appetizers and hors d’oeuvres!
While keeping your guests constantly engaged, they will have the option to move around and socialize more. These finger foods will keep guests satisfied all night with the endless options.
It could include appies that reflect the couples heritage or just their favourites. Such as Greek spanikopitas or mini sliders. Setup in stations, a diverse menu could be like your guest is travelling around the world sampling a variety of flavours! Adding high top bistro tables throughout the reception space makes for easy movement for all your guests as well as a place to converse! All in all a very fun and relaxing atmosphere!
