From the initial meeting with Afzia, we were thoroughly impressed with her level of organization and attention to detail. Even though we were not 100% certain at that point how our colour scheme and theme would be, from what we described to her, she depicted a true reflection of exactly what we wanted - with colour swatches to match!

Afzia was our day-of wedding coordinator and we were extremely happy with her services! She was professional throughout the process, easy to communicate with, and she even recommended a couple of vendors and helped us with final details. The schedule she created for our day was perfect - nothing was rushed or forgotten, and she kept it flexible enough that we could go with the flow as the day went on. She kept our large (and sometimes unruly) wedding party organized on our wedding day and made sure that we all knew where to be.
She also did a great job of setting up our table decor in the short timeframe our venue allows. We were able to relax and simply enjoy our wedding and our guests because Afzia and her assistant were there taking care of everything. We highly recommend working with Afzia!

Afzia worked with us for almost a year and a half leading up to our wedding. She helped us find amazing vendors, organized items that we needed to accomplish, and truly helped us fulfill the vision we had for our Big Day!

We had absolutely no worries on the day of with her ensuring everything was perfect for us, even going above and + beyond doing a food run when we figured out that I could not eat anything at the venue for lunch! Afzia was amazing! She is organized and great at making things look stylish and chic – which is kind of what you would expect from a coordinator… but she is so much more.
She is so personable and has a way of nicely (yet, authoritatively) telling people where they need to be and getting them in order. For example, I walked into the rehearsal wondering how I was going to get everyone to get in line, but Afzia was on top of it. She knew exactly what to do and exactly how to get people to do it. Our flower girl kind of has a mind of her own and Afzia even got her to walk down the aisle calmly.
Everyone loved her: my parents were complementing my choice, other guests were commenting that everything felt very smooth and organized, & all my bridesmaid were saying that they needed to hire her for their weddings! On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry at all. I felt like someone had it handled - I don’t know what I would have done without her help!
